Return policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 calendar days, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Parflab of the intention to return the purchased products by phone on 0734756276 or by email to info@parflab.ro, within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the products.

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered (in the original packaging with all accompanying documents: boxes, labels, instructions/other documents if any, etc.) within no more than 14 days from the date the Customer notified Parflab of the intention to withdraw from the contract.

We refund the product price, by bank transfer, including standard delivery costs, within no more than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this Contract. The cost of additional services — including but not limited to extra delivery costs where the Customer chose a delivery method other than the standard methods offered by Parflab — is not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products back. In all cases, return/re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The Customer’s right to cancel a Contract applies only to products returned in the same condition in which they were received. No refund will be made if the product has been used after being unsealed, if it is not in the same condition as delivered, or if it is damaged. Opening the individual packaging in which the ordered products were delivered means the products have been unsealed, that they are as ordered and meet your requirements; such products can no longer be returned to Parflab and can no longer be the object of the Customer’s right of withdrawal.

For products purchased as part of a promotion, return is only possible for the entire order at the full price. Partial returns are not accepted — only full returns. For example, if you purchased 3 products in a 2=3 offer where you paid for 2 and the third was free, returning one or two products alone is not accepted. Only return of the entire order is accepted under the conditions above. If products were bought on discount and a return is chosen, the return is processed at the full product price.

Exception: Products with defects may be returned individually, in line with our defective-product return policy.
